Intellikids (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Intellikids when you use our mobile application, Jigsaw Puzzle Master (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect
A. Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect certain information when you access the App, including:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- Unique device identifiers (such as Advertising IDs)
- App usage data (such as time spent in the app and features used)
B. Camera and Photo Gallery Access
The App includes a “Custom Puzzle” feature that allows you to turn your own photos into jigsaw puzzles. To use this feature, the App requires access to your device’s Camera and Photo Gallery.
- Local Processing: Images selected or captured are processed locally on your device to generate the puzzle. We do not upload, store, or share your personal photos to our servers.
C. Multiplayer Data
The App includes a real-time multiplayer feature powered by Google Firebase. When you host or join a multiplayer match, anonymous session data (such as match IDs, puzzle progress, and display names) is temporarily processed by Firebase to sync the game state between players.
2. Third-Party Services
The App utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Below are the third-party providers we use and links to their privacy policies:

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features (such as multiplayer syncing).
- To serve relevant advertisements to keep the App free to use.
- To analyze usage trends and fix technical issues or crashes.

We value your trust in providing us your information. We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
