- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
- Usage & Gameplay Analytics: App launch frequency, session duration, levels completed, in-game purchase attempts, crash logs, and diagnostic data to help us improve game stability.
- IP Address & Rough Geolocation: Automatically processed by network protocols and ad networks to serve region-appropriate advertisements and comply with local privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CPRA).
B. Local Gameplay Data
Your game progress (score, coin balances, gem vaults, unlocked starships, weapons, and level ratings) is stored locally on your device using local database storage (Hive). We do not upload or store your personal gameplay progression on independent external servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized gaming experience. Specifically, we and our third-party partners use collected data to:
- Deliver and Maintain the Game: Ensure core gameplay features, save file integrity, and store purchase status function reliably.
- Monetize via Advertisements: Serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob, subject to your explicit consent choices via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- Process In-App Purchases: Validate and unlock digital goods (such as “Remove Ads”, Gem Packs, and Coin Vaults) processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing.
- Monitor Application Performance: Analyze crash reports and diagnostic data via Firebase Analytics to fix bugs and optimize framerate (FPS) performance across varying device specifications.
- Send Push Notifications: Deliver optional local or remote notifications regarding daily login rewards or mission resets, which you can disable at any time in your device settings.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Galaxy War: Space Shooter adheres to the Google Play Designed for Families and COPPA regulations:
- If a user is identified or categorized as under the age of digital consent (13 in the USA, or applicable age in Europe), our advertising mechanisms are instructed to serve strictly non-personalized ads and restrict personalized tracking identifiers.
- We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or store personal identifiable information (PII) such as real names, physical addresses, or contact information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us immediately so we can remove such data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights
- Local Data: Because your game progress is stored locally on your device, clearing the application’s data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete all saved game progress.
- Analytics Data: Aggregate, anonymized analytics data stored in Google Firebase is retained according to standard Google retention periods (typically 14 months).
- Your Rights (CCPA/GDPR): You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data processed by our third-party advertising partners. You can reset your Android Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization directly within your Android device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data processed through our application, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
