a. For Software Services and Custom Projects
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your service order or signing a service agreement, provided no work has commenced.
Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, cancellations will not be accepted, and any advance payments will be non-refundable.
b. For Subscription-Based Services
Cancellations for subscriptions must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
